This is a film in response to the new Change4Life campaign launched by Public Health England. As a film-maker and someone passionate about mental health, I wanted to give people a voice to share their views on how the message of the campaign should be reconsidered. We believe encouraging children to only have two 100 calorie snacks per day, could be misleading and potentially harmful in what it's teaching the next generation, regarding restriction and calorie counting. Please help us get our message out there, in the hope it will create impact and bring about change. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the making of this film. Produced and edited by me, Tallulah Self. ________________________________________________________________ Please sign the petition below if you agree: https://www.change.org/p/public-healt...
