My First Successful Flare. I practiced EVERY SINGLE DAY right after school for +30 minutes since 8-23-08. I was told to only practice 2-3 times for 30 minutes each day. I refused to follow the advice and continued my routine anyways because I was afraid that i would lose my experience. I ended up with many major pain in the big joints in my body (both shoulders, both legs, etc.). After hours of practice, I finally landed a flare on my feet. I will continue to practice every single day to improve. Bottom Line: Stick to a goal and never give up even though it seems impossible sometimes. Practice every day and try your best like I did.
