I kid you not; I literally do this [flare-mill combo] every morning after I stretch for about 15 minutes. I do this immediately after stretching then I continue with my routine practices. NEVER GIVE UP! FUN FACT: I've been doing flares every single day for 2 years and 4 months. I am a very slow learner, that's why i need to practice a lot.
